1 am a busy working mum of two teenage girls who has worked in nursing, social care and education for the past 20+ years. I decided to combine my love of working with children and yoga and have undertaken training with Special Yoga London, Advanced Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training with Seasonal Yoga Glasgow and more recently the pioneering Yoga Therapy for Children with the British Psychological Society. I am also a mindfulness teacher trained with both Mindfulness in Schools Project and Bangor University.
