Everyone from beginners to experienced Yoga students are welcome at this workshop aimed at balancing and strengthening body and mind to leave you energised and calm.
Drawing on traditional Yoga practices, experienced teachers Joanne Gardner (Yoga Sage) and Amanda Powell will help you develop your Yoga postures and learn breathing techniques to settle the emotions.

Hatha yoga postures for flexibility and strength
Pranayama (yogic breathing)
Yoga nidra (deep yogic relaxation)
