These weeks are an opportunity for practitioners of all levels (except complete beginners) to practice in a small group environment with Helen. The sessions each day will allow time to explore techniques and options specific to each person’s needs in more detail so that you can support your regular practice. By committing to the week students will also be able to experience the benefits of cultivating a daily practice as an integral part of their lives. Suitable for anyone with experience of 'Mysore style' guided self practice classes. If you are a complete beginner or not familiar with guided self practice classes please contact us before booking any of these weeks. Spaces are limited so that we keep the group small (6 - 8 practitioners maximum)
