This class is for everyone who wants to deepen their practice.
Part of this class is connecting to our subtle body, starting to increase the feeling of prana in the practice and with time to be able to direct prana where needed in your body. Through mindfulness techniques, your awareness will increase, and you will start to experience this practice on different levels.
The asana class will be supplemented with meditation, pranayama, mindfulness, and reflections.
