This workshop is continuation of our monthly in-depth pranayama journey. In this session we’ll focus on some of the foundational techniques of different kriyas, pranayama and mudras.
Workshop summary
Exploring Kapalabhati kriya – cleansing technique of yoga.
Understanding how to ‘read’ and self-help with the difficult states of mind, resulting in depression or anxiety.
Deepening balancing practice of yoga: Nadi Shuddhi or Nadi Shoddhana for more experienced yogis.
Experimenting with yogic mudras.
You’ll be provided with the simple clear materials to follow up this session and support your home practice.

Irina Pashkevich Bourdier, the founder of Iriness is a Senior Yoga Teacher as well as Teachers’ Trainer Pro and Yoga coach with Yoga Alliance Professionals. Irina has been a steadfast dedicated yoga practitioner for over 20 years and a teacher since 2008.
