Learn the most appropriate asanas flow and postures variations between yin (Chinese healing) and Vinyasa yoga to calm the nervous system, and especially address stress, anxiety and insomnia.
Each issue will have it’s own sequence with a combination of postures, flow, meditation, mudras and therapeutic tools to answer your clients needs in the most efficient way.
Expect some lectures on the energetic anatomy, neuroscience, psychology, quantum physics and of course posture assistance and adjustment.
You will receive a comprehensive manual on stress physiology and yogic practice applied to these ailments.
