I'm excited to share, myself and my friend will be running a unique 2 hour session at The Jackson Lane Arts Centre, combining yoga and sound. Together we will celebrate the change of the season of Spring, creating a session that will ground, refresh and revitalise.
We'll be starting the session with a soft Hatha flow, breathwork and guided meditation before settling down to enjoy a sound session with a selection of singing bowls, chimes and the beautiful Handpan.
Handmade eye covers are included in the ticket price as well as a cup of home brewed Chai to close the session together. Currently we are doing an 'EARLYBIRD' deal £5 off before 4th April.
