Alex was drawn to yoga in 2014 whilst working as a sculptor in the Film and television industry. With the long hours and physical demands of this industry she recognised an imbalance and the need to better relate and align with body and mind. Yoga presented itself with all these tools from what started as a physical connection, the neurological and that deeper self enquiry part of yoga became her fuel.
Her passion for yoga took her to Nepal where she trained in traditional Hatha at Nepal Yoga home 2018 and has since gone on to learn various approaches to implement into her creative teaching style.
