This class is suitable for regular yoga practitioners who want to deepen their practice or those who exercise regularly and wish to take a little more time out for themselves. Time at the end will be given for light refreshments including home-baked goodies!
The class will focus on developing strength for standing postures using exercises and flowing sequences. We'll look at some energy giving breathing practices and finish with some relaxing yoga nidra.
