A nurturing yoga class without flowing sequences.

Each Friday we will completely adapt to the group's needs.

Yoga's system of healing is based on the premise that the body should be allowed to function as naturally as possible. Practicing the certain asanas will first rejuvenate your body and then tackle the causes of the ailments.

In many cases, yoga can alleviate some of the suffering associated with the condition, however, in case of serious or congenital disabilities, it may not affect the full recovery.

Practicing steadily and with persistence, yoga nevertheless addresses every organ, bone, muscle, and cell of the body. It involves stretching certain parts and relaxing others.

We can choose for instance between the following topics:

Please bring all that you need for yoga practice with you.

Strongly recommended yoga mats, blankets, and a small cushion.

At the moment we do not provide these.

But we do have a lot of space in wonderful Rhapsody Hall, more than 15 meters length x 7.5 meters width.

There is even a stage!

We will have plenty of room to stretch, move and explore the world of yoga together.
