In this weekly class, we’ll spend 30 mins exploring our breathing and how it affects us. We’ll look at simple breath awareness, as well as more structured forms of pranayama and introduce contemporary approaches to supporting those working with Chronic Fatigue, Long Covid and other conditions.
Catherine has been practicing since the 1970s and teaching since 2000. Classes are suitable for everyone, whether you are a complete beginner or have many years of experience. We are a friendly group, classes are light hearted and practical.
