These online classes are for complete mixed abilities. I have had several students starting yoga for the very first time - online! I always encourage people to listen to their own bodies and just be grateful and kind to yourself for showing up, moving and breathing.
It is friendly and fun. The cues will be clear and you will leave feeling nourished.
If you are a regular practitioner, then I can offer you my energy, passion and knowledge.
These online classes create a routine in your day and week and will help with any tightness from walking or other forms of exercise that has built up.
