Lovely smooth flow from one posture to the next seamlessly - breath initiated practice which increases body heat, sweat and builds strength, tones the muscles and increase flexibility. The postures are put together to form a fluid sequence then followed by deep final relaxation.
Can be a bit challenging if you have never done yoga before but, it's fun and exciting.Suitable for BEGINNERS
