Go with the flow gentle vinyasa flow evening class.
This class is an evening class - and whilst it's a vinyasa flow class and we're moving a lot - we're respectful of not 'over exciting' the body before bedtime.
We stretch, release, flow - and generally feel like the body has unravelled and released stress - working on strength and flexibility. There's always time for slowing down at the end - and enjoying a relaxing wind-down, short meditation and peaceful shavasana.
On the last Weds of every month, I run a more restorative yin class - where we bring pillows and supports to nurture and release the body. A very popular class indeed.
