The Sidcup classes are small, held in my private yoga room and at present these classes are continuing online until restrictions ease.

Online for £39 for a 6 class pass, (works out at £6.50 per class), £72 for a 12 class pass (works out at £6 per class) or £8 to drop in online

First online class is FREE, so you can come and see if the class is right for you

If you pay for a 6 or 12 week class pass, you can use the credits to attend any of my online classes within a 7 week period.

Again please note if you book in and then find you can’t make a class for any reason, you will need to delete your booking from the system, otherwise I will not be able to refund you or re-credit you for the class you didn’t attend.

The studio at the Howard Venue is fully sanitised before each class and with the enhanced cleaning and so much space I feel very safe.  At the end of the morning classes we stay for a tea/coffee outside the venue from the Venue’s takeaway bar.  Yoga is community!

Currently I am unable to provide any yoga equipment, including mats so please everything you would like to use to the class.  If you don’t have a yoga mat I can sell you and brand new budget yoga mat for £8.

Please wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for exercise and allows for full range of movement.  We practice barefoot.

It is not advisable to eat a full meal before a yoga class.  Traditionally yoga is practiced on an empty stomach, however I find that students may prefer to eat a light snack a couple of hours before practicing to ensure their energy level is stable.

The style of yoga I teach is alignment based yoga, an embodied and practical approach to yoga, breath work and meditation, accessible for all ages and abilities.  You don’t need to be flexible to start!

Each week I teach a different sequence of poses (asana) with the intention that the students experience a full range of physical yoga: standing poses, seated and floor poses, twists and abdominal, forward bends and backbends.  We begin the class with a breathing exercise (pranayama) and breath awareness is carried throughout the class.  The class always ends with a meditation practice and then a lying relaxation known as Savasana.

Discussion and feedback is actively encouraged in my classes.  Please feel free to ask questions.

  • Yoga is about self discovery.
  • We are all unique. Our bodies and minds are different and there is no one right way.
  • Everyone is working with their own experience.
  • We may challenge ourselves and at the same time care for ourselves
  • Yoga can be fun!
  • Yoga encourages us to experience ourselves in a non-judgmental way.

Pregnant women are more than welcome in my classes, but if you prefer, I can recommend pregnancy yoga classes in the local area.

Come along and see how it feels to connect to your body, create space, relieve tension, increase fitness, strength and flexibility and improve posture.

Please read the testimony page – here – to see how yoga has positively affected my students.
