This new course is for those who love yoga and feel inspired to expand their knowledge beyond the physical poses. It is a chance to delve a little deeper into the traditional yoga teachings, and understand how they can help us lead calmer, and more fulfilled lives.
Each week the class will be themed to reveal an element of yogic wisdom. The concepts will be presented in a way that makes them easy to understand and relevant to our modern day lives. Through movement and meditation we will explore the teachings and their relevance to us both on and off the mat.
The course will be available both Online and In Person from January 2023. You can choose to join us for the whole year or for just the topics that interest you most.
Recommended at least one years yoga experience of any style
