Cultivating calmness through a slow and mindful practice. A great weekend practice to rejuvenate ourselves and prepare for the week ahead.

The classes usually begin with a gentle grounding pranayama and stretching, a slow standing flow, followed by relaxing and tension-relieving stretches, and then finish with restorative postures and savasana, short meditation or yoga nidra.
