I'm offering private classes online via Zoom at a time that suits you. I teach mainly Hatha Yoga combining gentle warm up techniques to help warm-up the joints and get the circulation flowing. The classes include a warm-up, intention setting, mantra, seated, standing and lying down poses to balance and restore mind and body.
The word Yoga does mean union of mind & body after all!
