On-line classes are a different way of working that is difficult in some ways but more freeing in others. They provide the opportunity to take part in a class where no-one else can see what you are doing, so making unhelpful comparisons to anyone else is just not possible. You can modify and relax whenever you need to without being concerned about what everyone else is doing. In this respect on-line classes provide a great freedom for us to listen to our bodies and just do what they need which is perfect for the way I like to teach.
Classes are reasonably active with a focus on connection to your body and how it feels and to the earth. It is my strong belief that in order to free the body to move as it needs to we have to build strong and supportive foundations.
