Overview

Launching Inner Lifetime is a real passion for me and the result of my life journey so far. As is sadly common for so many, there have been lots of knocks and painful experiences along the way. My life is now positively dedicated to exploring the inner self by reflecting upon and understanding my past thoughts, feelings and behaviour so I can make the best choices for me and those who I love going forward. One of the main ways I have done this is through yoga, and I have found such benefit from meeting like-minded people along my journey that I now - just as has been done for me - want to help others liberate themselves from past trauma and pain.


My inner journey is something I am very proud of, having spent years shackled to the ‘norms’ projected by social media and living within the restraints of my own self-preservation coping mechanisms. A busy working mum trying to balance multiple demands and never putting my own well-being first. If this resonates with you then please read on, as it all finally caught up with me and I want to help you stop the same thing happening to you.


In recent years I reached full burn out and as a result of this, early menopause at the age of 35. Around 1% of women fall into this bracket of early menopause for a whole range of reasons but one close to my heart, and I have no doubt a key contributor to many others is chronic stress. I want to give yoga to others, I want to help raise awareness of just how powerful yoga is to heal both physically and mentally. While this will naturally put my target audience to a female one, I am also passionate about creating easy, judgement free beginner yoga classes for anyone wishing to start.


Whether you’re new to yoga and just want to try, I have the beginners touch. I understand how it feels to start something new later in life, having no experience of it at all. If you want to use yoga to help manage stress, I understand why and how this can help you, tailoring classes accordingly, If you like me are on your menopausal journey then i am with you sister and want to help. Life can be a tough ole thing and i'm here to help you put yourself first, using yoga to help manage your wellbeing and any symptoms you may have acquired from events and periods of your lifetime.

    Hey Jade, I just wanted to say, it’s really nice to see you doing so well and that you’ve found a way of incorporating something your passionate about into your working life for the benefit of you and others. It’s not easy asking painful questions and looking at one’s self introspectively and then taking a leap of faith based on those revelations (as you seem to elude to in your blurb). I think it’s a brave choice and I just wanted to say well done and I’m happy for you!
