Started yoga practice in Seattle WA in the early 2000s and have mainly practicing Ashtanga for that time. Over the last couple of years my teacher has been the inimitable Jane Piddington in Glastonbury, UK. I teach now through word of mouth, one on one sessions. My yoga is informed from both my asana practice as well as my sitting meditation practice for the past decade.
