Having practiced yoga for many years myself and feeling the benefits yoga gave me, It really felt my next step on my personal journey was to learn more. This lead me to complete the teacher training with Live Love Yoga which has been such an amazing experience. It has enhanced my awareness of yoga as a lifestyle, and as part of that, our asana (pose) practice we do whilst on our yoga mats in a class.
