Wild Tree Yoga’s 200 hour Foundation Teacher Training brings playfulness and creativity to the ancient disciplines of meditation, asana, breathwork and self-enquiry. Vinyasa Yoga teachers Emma Charvet and Siobhan Power have over twenty years combined experience teaching in Europe and South Africa. They teach playful breath-led vinyasa that challenges and deeply restores. They provide inspirational training and support to anyone wishing to start or advance their careers in yoga. Their yoga training is rooted in well-being and mindfulness, and equips students to inspire others in the challenging context we live in. Emma and Siobhan’s playful approach to the discipline of Vinyasa yoga draws on yoga’s ancient historical roots and brings a modern application to yoga philosophy.

On this course students will gain a deep understanding of the body through Asana (poses), Anatomy, and Alignment as well as the mind, through Pranayama (breathwork), Mindful Meditation, Mantra (affirmations), and Mudra (hand movements).

The course balances an understanding of anatomy and energy to unite mind, body and soul. Emma and Siobhan’s style of teaching draws on the traditions of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Classical Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Restorative, Ayurveda and Yoga Nidra. Their practice is led by the breath and informed by a personal knowledge of yoga’s power to heal the body and mind. Their style of yoga is accessible to all and their teachings designed to be well-being in motion. Their passion for teaching and training is inspired by the transformational power of yoga to bring about self-knowledge and fulfilment, when it is practiced with commitment and authenticity.

Wild Tree Yoga’s 200 Hour Online Teacher Training is accessible but intensive – challenging students to discover their own creativity and gain the confidence to become inspiring, accredited teachers.
