German-born Simone has established herself in Glasgow in 2002 as one of its top Yoga teachers after moving from Auckland, N.Z

Simone studied the Art of Yoga therapy with Indian Gurus as well as the Western Yogi Celebrities and it is her aspiration to pass on this complex knowledge and enthuse others with her own passion for Yoga as a rewarding and life-altering experience.

Her sessions offer a unique blend of Ashtanga, Hatha, and Iyengar yoga providing a powerful workout for body, mind and spirit.

Simone’s one on one yoga sessions have helped, among others, people with injuries, sportsmen, and those simply looking to improve their fitness and flexibility.

Her unique expertise also makes her much in demand with fellow yoga teachers and professionals in related fields: teaching specialist workshops for qualified yoga instructors at The Chi Centre.

Teaching workshops for doctors at Glasgow’s Gartnavel Hospital and teaching workshops for physiotherapists at Glasgow’s Homoeopathic hospital.

    Simone is so knowledgeable.She puts you at ease immediately with her beautiful manner and sense of humour.She can see where your positions are not quite right and with a simple correction can change everything.She can teach you to be still and experience calmness.As She says herself”something you will have for life”❤️

    Having worked with Simone for over 2 years, I have learnt and grown incredibly thanks to her nurture and support. When I first met Simone I struggled with serve anxiety and insomnia. She has taught me many different yoga practices for many different occasions that are now part of my daily routine. A couple of really helpful practices include sleep routines, study tips, breathing exercises (for different desired outcomes) and a sense of control and resilience within everyday life. I can honestly say that I’m a happy and healthier person for having met and worked with Simone and you will not find a better, more qualified, kinder yoga teacher! Some of the study/working tip practices are pictured below - this helps to get you into the right mindset so that you can achieve anything!

    Simone is more then a yoga teachers she a brilliant mentor she a trauma stress coach learning with Sinone is enlighten its make you think in a whole deeper level I love nature I love nurture I love healthy eating life is like an orgrane you peel it you take a segment and you eat it never give up on your dreams never give up on you be kind you take another segment release your potential I have neurodivergent Im dsyelxic etc be your light
