At Mini Me Yoga our passion is to share the love and joy of Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation and positive thinking with as many children as possible globally!
As a teacher, and parent myself, I love the fact that yoga helps to increase imagination, engage creativity and builds confidence and self-esteem in children. We teach the children to understand their body, build awareness of self and others and come from a place of compassion and understanding! Creating positive relationships and bonds whilst enjoying the present moment, laughing, having fun and forgetting the time!
All of our workshops are interactive, filled with both practical and theoretical elements to give you the confidence sharing this with the children in your communities! Everything comes with resources so you are fully prepared and ready to go straight away.

Online, Live Online with a MMY Ambassador, or Face to Face
In this Mini Me Yoga Mediation workshop, parents and educators learn simple techniques for introducing 15 minutes of meditation to children of all ages.
No experience with meditation is necessary – anyone can join in the fun of inner peace!
15 Minutes to Happy, Healthy Kids
In this 15 Minutes to Happy Healthy Kids, parents, grandparents, childcare providers and teachers learn to provide a 15 minute daily program with their kids. By exploring mindfulness, yoga and positive thinking and creating fun Kids/Family yoga classes for children using games and exercises designed to make it fun and engaging.
Mini Me Chair Yoga
Sitting in a chair for long periods of time is not great for our posture, however chair yoga poses can help us improve this.
Moving Meditation Training
Join us for a 60 minute training in moving meditation techniques that can support wellbeing! Combining mindfulness, meditation and physical activities, to increase calmness, encourage movement and release stress and tension.
