This class is for you if you want to go into a deep state of relaxation that will nourish your body and calm your mind and help you to recover from tiredness and exhaustion.
It is like a weekly pampering session where you let go of everything. Each posture is held for 10 minutes or more supported by props to help you to relax and recharge.
The class uses props to help you to release tension and stresses (with online classes we improvise with what you have available at home).
This class may not be sutable if you have difficulty sitting on the floor.
