Overview

Inner blooming is the promise from practising yoga and transformational events with Rosaleen. I help to extend your range of motion: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  When your body is stiff and inflexible, this may also apply to your thinking, emotions and sense of who you are. I help clients, who are normally 35 yeas old and above professionals and entrepreneurs,  from all walks of life to find freedom in movement, focus and calmness in mind and aliveness in spirit. 

I believe that yoga is a way to create oneness with all of creation. Yoga is a lifestyle and way of living. The essence of the practice is to help you journey through life being more grounded, PRESENT, calm and joyful and to realise how fantastic you are as part of infinite intelligence.  I believe that practising yoga helps you to make better life choices and to challenge yourself to be the best that you can be 

I'm a qualified Sivananda yoga teacher (2003) and subsequently also qualified as an alignment-based teacher (200 hours) under the teachings of master teacher of teachers Aadil Palkhivala. 

I specialise in alignment-based yoga with an emphasis on yoga as the path to dharma or purpose. Yoga is intended to help us to live our life purpose and flourish. This is achieved through posture work, gentle breathing exercises and living a yogic lifestyle to the best of our abilities.

I started to practise yoga when she worked in a demanding corporate sales environment, as a way to reduce stress, relax,  deepen my self-awareness and connect with and be guided by my own inner wisdom. This was over 15 years ago and I discovered that as Sri Aurobindo stated,  'All life is yoga'.

My passion and purpose are health, wellbeing and self-development. I am also a qualified Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 Coach and Mentor,  Symbolic modelling facilitator, Systemic Modelling Facilitator  and scientific hand analyst (which I use to decipher clients’  life purpose, gifts, blindspots and personality traits).

I have always practised a variety of yoga styles: Iyengar, Sivananda, dynamic yoga and other styles. Elements of these styles are merged in my  teaching with the emphasis on alignment-based yoga asanas. As an experienced transformational life coach, I also blends coaching, conscious breathing,  mindfulness, meditation and metaphor symbolism into my teaching.
