Vinyasa Flow is the perfect start to your weekend. This class is a full workout and not suitable for those who want to just stretch. You will practice high intensity sun salutations to warm your muscles and joints to enable you to get into stretches safely, going into balances to increase leg stability and strength, leading to calmer more core focused work, inversions and then a deep yoga relaxation. At all times using the breath linked with movement. You'll wake invigorated but calm.
In my online classes I will demonstrate every move and guide you through each posture in a way that flows easily, each class is similar in sequence but has different focus - maybe one day upper body strength, another day hips and core, another day twists and turns. I will talk to all of you up front to judge the mood and energy of the class.
