The Frog Lotus Yoga (FLY) 200 Hour Teacher Training in Spain is a skillfully refined, polished and comprehensive program designed and perfected over the last 21 years to empower you to teach yoga professionally and embody the yogic teachings in your daily life.
Upon graduation, you are certified to teach inclusive, creative and intelligent Vinyasa Flow classes, with an emphasis on alignment, form and safety. As a certified FLY graduate, your certification enables you to register through Yoga Alliance (US) and Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK).
The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Spain consists of a three week intensive course including readings, reflections and assimilation practises, as well as interactive sessions.
It combines Asanas, Anatomy, Philosophy and Teaching Practises into a transformational journey. Leave the training confident and ready to teach, with over 4 hours of teaching practice, including two 75-minute classes, with feedback from your classmates and teachers.
Our Philosophy program gives you a strong grounding in Eastern philosophy. Unfold "the secret hidden in plain sight" and gain an understanding about the nature of being human and how life should be lived to maximise happiness and freedom.
By the end of the FLY Yoga Teacher Training you will not only be qualified to teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga but will also have the tools to create other styles of yoga classes, such as more basic Hatha, prenatal and restorative yoga.

When you enrol in a FLY yoga teacher training, you gain a lifetime access to an online pre-training package created by the lead teachers to help you prepare and embark on your yoga journey before you arrive.
Upon graduation, you receive a support booklet to support you on your yoga journey after the training. You also have the opportunity to gain an online lifetime access to the whole content of your 200 hour yoga teacher training. Additionally, as a FLY graduate you are entitled to join a live training at Suryalila as a refresher with no additional tuition fee.
The tuition cost is €2000:
There are additional costs for accommodation depending on your accommodation choice. Accommodation costs include three delicious daily organic meals and the use of the retreat centre facilities such as saltwater pool, eco-sauna, beautiful yoga shalas and cosy accommodations to suit a variety of budgets. Price varies if you share the accommodation.

Vidya Heisel is an internationally-renowned master yoga teacher with over 45 years of teaching experience as well as a deep and experienced knowledge of yogic philosophy and meditation. She studied and taught for 6 years in India. Her early yoga teachers include Patricia Walden, Rodney Yee, Ana Forrest, Larry Schultz and Leslie Kaminoff.
She founded Frog Lotus Yoga International in 2000. Since, she has trained thousands of yoga teachers and led over a hundred 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings. After teaching around the world, she created her own yoga retreat centre: Suryalila, in Andalusia southern Spain.
