Our Hot Power Flow training is a 40 hour intensive course taught over three days. This course covers the dynamics of teaching in a heated environment, how to sequence a Hot Power Flow class, and how to teach the Hot Power Flow class. There is an emphasis on practical teaching fundamentals to ensure you are able to teach your first class with confidence upon completion of the course. This course is perfect for yoga teachers looking to expand their range of skills and learn how to teach yoga in a heated environment.
The course includes the three days of teaching together at YogaVenue plus some preparatory work and homework to complete the 40 hours training course. This training is led by Alessandro and Caroline Gozzi, who are registered as trainers and senior teachers at Yoga Alliance Professionals. This course is classified as a further training by Yoga Alliance Professionals, and will count as accredited learning hours towards your yoga teacher trainings.

The dynamics of teaching Yoga in a heated environment

How to sequence a Hot Power Flow class
Teaching a Hot Yoga class requires special consideration of the heated environment and how it affects the body.
We will show you how to design a class that is specific to the hot room, including:
• Frameworks for class sequencing
• How to create and maintain a flow
• Appropriate breath for Hot Yoga
• Appropriate asanas for heat
• Teaching technique
• How to teach to music
Learn our Hot Power Flow class
During the training course, we will cover both how to teach the class and why we teach it the way we do. At the completion of the course, we will provide you with our Hot Power Flow class sequence so that you are ready to start teaching straight away.
Practical Teaching Experience
Practice is important in learning how to teach anything new. A significant amount of time will be spent practising how to teach a Hot Power Flow class. At the end of the course you will have the confidence and knowledge to teach your first How Power Flow class, and also have developed and taught your own Hot Power class.
