Children's Yoga Tree 90 Hour Teacher Training is a fully comprehensive training in Children’s Yoga, made up of 2 sections - the 40 hour Foundation and 50 Hour Advanced and covers teaching children from aged 3 years to Teens. The course covers everything from planning classes, child development, teaching mindfulness programmes, applied yoga philosophy, teaching neurodiverse and SEN children and and marketing your business.
The Foundation Training can be taken online over 6 weeks in Jan, May or September with a interactive training group via weekly live classes and workshops and assignments. Advanced Trainings are taken online in Jan and April with feedback and support from an individual tutor. Completion of the Foundation course enables students to start teaching, and tutors encourage students to teach while they study for their advanced modules.
The 50 Hour Advanced Modules are an intensive, interactive online training. The course is a series of deep dives into four specialist areas of teaching children - Mindfulness, Special Educational Needs, Yoga Philosophy and Teens.
Structured video content and Tool Kits are easily accessed online. You will be assigned a mentor to support you through the training - providing individual feedback on written assignments and video assessment. This advanced yoga journey is designed to expand your tool-kit gained in the Foundation course, problem solve challenges while you teach and give depth and confidence to your yoga teaching career.
Our Foundation course is an opportunity for teachers to discover their creativity and unique teaching voice. Each course is an intensive journey into the playful and therapeutic world of children’s yoga.
