Train to be a Yoga Teacher with Laura Green and her faculty in this 200 Hour Teacher Training Diploma, the industry standard qualification. The course takes place over 8 Weekends + 1 Week Intensive in Spain . Sarting March 2019 and completing November 2019. Content includes:

Asana, Pranayama & Meditation with a focus on Vinyasa Yoga & Hatha Yoga
Anatomy, Physiology & Biomechanics
History of Yoga, the Ancient Yoga Texts, Yoga Philosophy & Modern Day Applications
Subtle Energy Practises such as Prana, Chakras, Bhandas, Mantra, Chanting
Embodied Practises such as Somatics & Mind Body Centering
Teaching Methodology & Business Methodology
