Sarah-Cate is a 500 hour RYT and offers clients1:1 practice and small group sessions. Specialising in Meditation, Mindfulness and Compassion. Creative Flow facilitates workshops for mind, body and heart for expression, growth and personal development. Founder Sarah-Cate has over 22 years as a meditation practitioner, 16 years Hatha and Vinyasa flow and 18 years as a Reiki Master and mindful body movement. Sarah-Cate's practice is focused on clients individual wellbeing. A specialist in relaxation, guided meditation and visualisation with body work. With additional training in Trauma informed yoga, Heart yoga , Yoga for anxiety release, and advanced anatomy. Currently studying Ayurvedic nutrition.

    Sarah suggested I attend one of her mindfulness sessions as I have recently been waking up at odd hours of the night but unable to get back to sleep. The techniques Sarah used (focusing on breathing & relaxing the mind) were really helpful & I had a solid 8 hours sleep that night - for the first time in a while! If anyone is looking for techniques in finding calm and relaxation, I thoroughly recommend one of Sarah's sessions.
