I hope to help you to take a step back from the strains of work and the demands of achievement to a place where you can experience the joy of just being here. My teaching focuses on bringing mind, body and breath together to support the development of calm, clarity and beingand I hope that you leave feeling capable, nourished and with a sense of ease.
I offer lots of variations to poses to make the sessions accessible to beginners and to those with an established practice who want to enjoy an engaged groups session that includes relaxation.
No experience of yoga or mindfulness is necessary. You will just need an open mind, a little curiosity and your breath to start. It would be fabulous to see you there.
