I am thrilled to be leading a 4 week introduction to Zen yoga at Yoga at the Reach.
Zen yoga is fabulous, creative and intuitive, it's an opportunity to bring mindfulness, asana and energetics together whilst we draw on our connections with nature and the seasons.
Thursdays at 6.
No experience of yoga, mindfulness or Zen is necessary. You will just need an open mind, a little curiosity and your breath to start. It would be fabulous to see you there.
