'Sunrise' mixed ability yoga flow classes held on Monday morning 6.30am-7.30am. Why not start your day beautifully with a dynamic yoga flow - aimed at beginners level, so great for those starting out or those regular students who wish to go back to basics for a beautiful morning stretch. This is a virtual live-streamed yoga class via Zoom.
My yoga classes are hot, sweaty dynamic vinyasa flow. Always starting with breathing exercises & finishing with a short relaxation. Sequence flow, stretching, balance and strength poses. This class is suitable for beginners or those that have done some yoga before.
If you have never practiced yoga before, I run a complete Beginners Course that you may feel more comfortable starting off with.
