Beginners-plus to Intermediate dynamic vinyasa flow style classes held on Sunday morning class 09.30am-11.00am and Thursday evenings 6.30pm-8.00pm.
My yoga classes are hot, sweaty dynamic vinyasa flow. Always starting with breathing exercises & finishing with a short relaxation. Sequence flow, stretching, balance and strength poses. Classes are suitable for those that have done some yoga before, or want to try a more dynamic class.
