A gorgeous introductory class to vinyasa flow. This class explores the core hatha asanas and builds them together slowly to form gentle and short sequences, to warm and stretch the body. There is usually and good segment which focuses on moving gently in seated postures and a restorative sequence lying down to settle the mind and the nervous systems. Suitable for beginners and intermediates needing a slower paced class in which everyone can work at their own pace.
