The 3 Day Partner Yoga Teacher Training is for aspiring and experienced yoga teachers. This course enables you to deliver new yoga classes that connect your students, family and community in unique and engaging ways.
Yoga isn’t just a solo activity, teaming up with a friend or family member makes yoga even more fun! Rainbow Partner Yoga utilises two people in each pose, offers assisted stretching and help adjusting each other into deeper poses. It teaches us to trust and connect with anyone from our community, creates new friendships and enhances verbal and non-verbal communication in relationships. The human body benefits from conscious physical touch. Partner Yoga focuses on touch first and stretching second.
New to Yoga?
Don’t worry if you aren’t experienced with yoga. The practice of Rainbow Partner Yoga is completely accessible to all ages, levels, and experience.
