Alina’s Yoga journey began in 2005 when she began her practice. Since then, she has been fortunate enough to practice with some of the world’s greatest teachers including Seane Corn, Sarah Powers, David Swenson, John Scott, and Stewart Gilchrist. Alina has gone on to become a Senior Yoga Teacher, completing her training under Claire Missingham in 2011. She has also completed a range of courses including Yoga For The Special Child and Teaching Yoga to Children with Jo Manuel.
When it comes to Alina’s teaching style, she is engaging, encouraging and challenging but rewarding. Alina creates a positive and welcoming space, seamlessly guides beginners and advanced practitioners with ease and enables people to feel better in their bodies by reducing pain and increasing mobility.
Alina remains committed to continuous learning. Participating in local weekend retreats, workshops, and annual retreats abroad, she uses these learning opportunities to further her knowledge and practice of Yoga and brings these learnings to her classes.
With an interest in the business aspect of the industry, Alina works incredibly hard and has managed multiple leading Yoga centres in London including Triyoga, Special Yoga Centre, Light Centre, and was the Opening Manager for Light Centre’s Monument branch and Integrity Centre London.
Along with being a Senior Yoga Teacher, Alina is also a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She truly cares about all of her clients’ well-being and mental health. Often, Alina will work with clients in both hypnotherapy sessions as well as yoga, providing holistic, mind and body wellbeing.
This passion for helping others paired with her extensive experience led Alina to open and begin running her very own wellness studio, Integrity Centre, in May 2019. Here, she teaches private 1:1 Yoga sessions, daily group classes, beginner courses, and teacher training programs.
