Overview

Alina’s Yoga journey began in 2005 when she began her practice. Since then, she has been fortunate enough to practice with some of the world’s greatest teachers including Seane Corn, Sarah Powers, David Swenson, John Scott, and Stewart Gilchrist. Alina has gone on to become a Senior Yoga Teacher, completing her training under Claire Missingham in 2011. She has also completed a range of courses including Yoga For The Special Child and Teaching Yoga to Children with Jo Manuel.

When it comes to Alina’s teaching style, she is engaging, encouraging and challenging but rewarding. Alina creates a positive and welcoming space, seamlessly guides beginners and advanced practitioners with ease and enables people to feel better in their bodies by reducing pain and increasing mobility.

Alina remains committed to continuous learning. Participating in local weekend retreats, workshops, and annual retreats abroad, she uses these learning opportunities to further her knowledge and practice of Yoga and brings these learnings to her classes.

With an interest in the business aspect of the industry, Alina works incredibly hard and has managed multiple leading Yoga centres in London including Triyoga, Special Yoga Centre, Light Centre, and was the Opening Manager for Light Centre’s Monument branch and Integrity Centre London.

Along with being a Senior Yoga Teacher, Alina is also a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She truly cares about all of her clients’ well-being and mental health. Often, Alina will work with clients in both hypnotherapy sessions as well as yoga, providing holistic, mind and body wellbeing.

This passion for helping others paired with her extensive experience led Alina to open and begin running her very own wellness studio, Integrity Centre, in May 2019. Here, she teaches private 1:1 Yoga sessions, daily group classes, beginner courses, and teacher training programs.

Everything about the course was utterly engaging and transforming. It is beautifully designed, for us students to feel inspired to ‘jump right in’, to persevere through challenges and learn about ourselves in the process, and to finally feel empowered and excited to teach yoga! Alina is no ordinary teacher. She pours her heart and soul into what she does and goes above and beyond for each student, catering to their individual needs and yet always seeing and bringing out their true potential. She is generous with her time, energy and resources. We learned not only precise alignment cues, but how to embody the role as teacher, how to how to move, how to adjust, how to intuitively read and understand our students, how to respond to inevitable unpredictabilities and situations in a real class environment.Guest lecturers and Erik's anatomy sessions provided fresh and well rounded perspectives.

Alina is fantastic teacher and mentor with very professional acumen. I’ve been attending her school’s classes for several years and can certainly confirm it changed my life. Would highly recommend to anyone new or on a journey getting deeper into yoga.

Alina’s classes are one of a kind. I always feel welcome and looked after the moment I into the studio - an ever so important element to be able to relax and reap the benefits of my yoga practice. I love her strong voice that helps mainatain the dynamic flow of her vinyasa classes and keep you focused as you sweat through the poses. With plenty of variations offered throughout, it is easy to adjust your practice to your level, whether a newbie or an advanced yogi. Alina’s also always there with her hands-on adjustments that help feel the poses so much better and motivate to push yourself into your best. And then there is the most amazing Savasana with head massage, all of which leaves me feeling light and fresh after every class with Alina. She’s an knowledgeable, intuitive teacher with a lot of experience and genuine care for her students, and you can definitely feel and see that.
