These postnatal yoga sessions will help you regain strength, release tension from your body & mind, and find space to relax and bond with your baby. You’ll gently tone the abdominal muscles, allowing them to knit back together, and strengthen the pelvic floor: a ‘closing of the body’ after pregnancy and labour. And, with an emphasis on breath throughout, the class helps to develop a sense of wellbeing and mindfulness too.
Classes are informal, fun and relaxed – you are free to feed, change, or soothe babies whenever you want. And there will be plenty of time to feed and change babies after class too.
We also do lots of movements that involve babies, so that you can easily continue with a gentle practice at home with your little one.
The classes are a great way to connect with other local mums & babies - and there's a fantastic cafe right across the street from the studio, for a post-class coffee.

The class takes place in a bright, spacious and airy studio near London Fields, in Hackney E8.
There is plenty of space for pushchairs/prams if needed.
