Online class - Join us for this Women’s yoga class which is specifically designed to develop and support women’s health using a therapeutic approach to yoga (Special Yoga) as well as ‘Prana Flow’ (a method developed by Shiva Rea). It is extremely nourishing, empowering and re-vitalising working on self-acceptance and contentment. By practising Women’s Yoga, you will be honouring your your body,  natural rhythm and re-connecting with feminine consciousness; you will be working with your life’s flow of energy. Women’s Yoga promotes connection, intuition and creativity. All the sequences are designed to include asana (posture), pranayama (breath awareness), bhava (feeling), mudras (hand gestures) and movement and/or seated meditation. The class is open to women and girls of all ages and all menstrual cycles
