Overview

I am a mother of three young, beautiful girls, a yoga teacher and I live in Saffron Walden where I teach yoga for children and adults.

I originally trained as a Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher but have later included many other yoga skills and qualifications including: Special Yoga for Special Children and Special Yoga for Adults with Special and Additional needs; Pregnancy Yoga, Yoga Therapy Foundations; Prana Flow (90hrs) as well as Yin Yoga. 

I trained and completed my UK RYT-200 training with Alessandra Pecorella Aditya Yoga School in London, with whom I continue to study and to whom I will be eternally grateful for passing on her knowledge and wisdom. 

Special Yoga for Special Children is a therapeutic yoga specially developed for children with special and additional needs. Special Yoga was developed by Jyoti Manuel https://specialyoga.org.uk/about-us/  to whom I owe my gratitude for passing on the knowledge and making me realise my full potential!  

I have also been awarded Advanced Diploma in Teaching Yoga (RYS-300) with Cambridge Camyoga where I now also teach. 

I hold private 1-1 classes, pregnancy classes and regular weekly in my studio (Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Women, Yin Yoga, Prenatal and postnatal classes) in Sewards End, Saffron Walden and Camyoga Cambridge. Please book on 07710783314. 

I'm passionate about yoga and my family. Since introducing the regular practice into my life, I have healed and continue to heal my lower back pain and post-natal depression. With regular, soft and strong Yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation, I continue to increase the energy and improve my lifestyle. Increase healing & energy, better sleep and a calmer more peaceful life, strengthening and conditioning your body are just a few of the benefits you’ll receive from Yoga. Hands-on-assist, alignment, massage and mediation are brought to my classes. You will be safely guided through posture work, breath awareness and relaxation.
