Live sessions are at relevant moon phases but can be done within a year as live sessions will be recorded.

On completion trainees will:

Have an understanding of Yogic Mythology, the Hindu Gods & Goddesses, and yogic practices aligned to them
Understand the moon phases and how they affect us
Know what yoga practices (asanas, meditations, mantras, mudras, asanas, etc) to practice during each moon phase
Create a sacred ritual and meditation practice according to the moon phases and Gods/Goddesses
Understand energy and subtle body connections (including chakras and the endocrine system)
Understand the basics of Vedic Astrology
Create a yoga class plan according to each moon phase
