SYLLABUS

Navigating the Winds of Change

This weekend immersion into Restorative Yoga & Meditation is intended to offer you a sound foundation on which to grow your own practice and your teaching skills to be able to integrate these remarkable modalities into your yoga offerings. Your weekend training will be complemented with an online library of classes so you can continue your learning journey after the completion of the course.

Whilst we could offer a much longer training in each of these, I feel that so much of what we learn about the more subtle practices in yoga, comes from practicing them, and as a training school, my intention is to provide you with deep stable roots, on which you can grow and blossom.

I always say, part of our job as a teacher is to have tried and practiced everything, having done the hard work in filtering out the superfluous, not-needed, over-complicated 'stuff' so that what I present to my students is simple, powerful and effective. This is what we share with you.

There is a shift that needs to take place when teaching meditation or restorative yoga: we hold space in a different way. It's not complicated, but it's profound. And so rewarding!
