Our 50 hour youth yoga teacher training provides you with knowledge, skills and experience to teach yoga and mindfulness to young people. The course has a strong emphasis on being sensitive to the needs of your students, trauma aware and inclusive, providing you with a host of tried and tested practices to help young people support themselves through what can often be a pretty turbulent time. As well as the physical benefits, yoga can offer tools to manage stress, improve self esteem and body confidence, whilst providing space to switch off from external stimuli and reconnect with themselves.

Suitable for yoga teachers and trainee teachers, health, mental health / youth professionals, teachers & parents!

The youth yoga training combines self paced learning with live training on Zoom, offering a unique opportunity for you to learn to teach yoga and mindfulness to teenagers from your own home. Live training sessions allow you to discuss, ask questions and practice teaching, with set course dates keeping you accountable and ensuring you complete the course in good time. The home study helps to embed your learning, and all course material is available online for a year.

The course combines live training days, Q&A sessions and observed teaching practice delivered via Zoom , alongside home study consisting of pre-recorded videos, lesson planning, teaching practice and self reflection.
