Regina Kerschbaumer has a unique teaching style which unites student and teacher in an atmosphere of fun and well-being, allowing them to explore the relationships between the body, breath and stillness in their yoga. Teaching with warmth, enthusiasm and clarity – she enables her students to visualise and work with the Chakras and Meridians within the inner body.
She teaches Yin & Yang Yoga online and offers private yoga retreats in Norfolk at her family run retreat centre. Regina teaches a weekly yin yoga class at Norwich Yoga Central on a Wednesday evening at 6.00 PM and offers international yoga holidays in Morocco, Greece, Goa and South-Africa.
She believes that yoga is as mentally and spiritually beneficial as it is physically beneficial – creating change from within – balancing the body, mind and soul. It is so much more than just an exercise class – enhancing every aspect of your life by promoting general well-being.
Regina is a highly qualified and an experienced, senior yoga teacher (SYT) and trained directly with Paul Grilley (the “founder” of Yin Yoga) in 2006 and has regularly updated her knowledge of this transformational style of yoga through annual training with Paul & Suzee Grilley and Sarah Powers. She has an extensive knowledge of anatomy, meditation and mindfulness gained in teaching yoga for over the years and as an alternative health practitioner, she is a qualified reflexologist, a practicing Bowen Therapist (ECBS) and author of the book: ‘Yoga, Coffee and a Glass of Wine’.
Come and join me on a journey where we use yoga to ‘stretch into stillness and health’.
Shanti Om.
With me…it’s personal!
