The Style of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga was founded in the USA by world-renowned yoga, anatomy and empowerment expert Sadie Nardini over 10 years ago in New York.  

Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga was born out of a frustration over the lack of anatomy and biomechanics consideration in yoga transitions. Weaving in a modern-day understanding of how the body is built to move, revolutionises the practice of vinyasa yoga.  More dynamic strength, flexibility and balance without stressing and straining the joints. Integrating Core-generated alignment, improves safety and stability while causing a more efficient total body/mind transformation.


At the very heart of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga is the concept of positive self relationship

Through the physical practice, breath, mantra and meditation we lay the foundation for inner inquiry and self-empowerment

Because of its multi-level actions, and focus on constant core connection, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga is one of the most effective yoga practices for sparking major changes both inside and out.  

Core Strength goes way beyond strong abdominal muscles. We look at the deep core anatomy and myofascial muscle meridians, effective core integration in transitions and poses, core philosophy, energy and living, breathing & speaking your Core Truth, as a student and as a teacher. 


The Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Training School in the UK was founded in 2016 by Anya Hawkes, Sadie Nardini's master trainer.

    I attended Anya's Myo-Yin training course in person in April. It was a really well structured course with lots of time to put our learning into practice. The support Anya and her teachers offer before, during and after the training was so valuable and I can honestly say the knowledge I have now has shaped and enriched my offering to students in my yoga classes. the myofascial release techniques have been really easy to integrate to my regular classes and my students love it.     Yin & Myofascial Realease

    Anya Hawkes is an incredible Teacher. I found her easy, relaxed but professional approach to the Yin Training extremely supportive, yet this Woman really knows her stuff. Anya has a way of encouraging you to Shine, bringing together a group of people that creates an instant community and supportive network is a hard task, but it happens. Anya's teacher Training to Yin is a wonderful modern and safe approach that I loved, it just really works! bringing in once again her passion for safe anatomy, clear and concise explanations and examples, the why and how means Anya has put together a very stylish, unique thought provoking Training. I will absolutely continue to train with Anya.

    40 hour ‘seek balance’ Yin & Myofascial Release yoga teacher training

    I cannot recommend this course enough!! From start to finish I learned so much which I will now use in both my classes and my own personality practice. Very well taught with information both presented clearly and concisely.
